Ken 'Nateshvar’ Scott is recognized as a pioneer, leader and innovator in the field of yoga and dance and the creator of iconic expressions of classic hatha yoga. Tesh is the co-creator of Contact Yoga: The Yoga Of Relationship, the landmark practice that brought yoga off the solitary mat and into the realm of connection and relationship. Tesh has served as a trainer to many top athletes, actors, executives and politicians throughout the world including Demi Moore, Woody Harrelson and Hillary Clinton. Womens Yoga Retreats with Hamsa Eliza
Join our beloved Hamsa Eliza for a women’s retreats and offer yourself this opportunity to be in practise with her. Hamsa (CYT, ERYT500) has been teaching yoga for 20 years and working as a Yoga Therapist for 8 years, certified by the Ananda Seva Mission, combining Thai Massage, Cranial-Sacral, and Healing Touch modalities into her Therapeutic Yoga sessions, Hamsa’s work is compassionate, intelligent and deeply connected to Spirit.
Hamsa believes firmly in the transformational potential of a balanced practice as a portal to our True Nature and the Divine. She is committed to finding ways for all people to awaken to, and embrace, the intelligence of their body-mind to facilitate consciousness evolution.
Prepare for your retreat
Bring warm comfortable clothes suitable for changeable mountain weather, including a wool layer, rain gear and a sun hat. Please bring one good pair of hiking/walking shoes, a day backpack and your own yoga mat. Bring only biodegradable personal products with minimal to no scent. The White Pines Dojo is off grid and requires being sensitive to energy use. There is no cell phone service in most of the Slocan Valley. Please let us know of any serious medical conditions, allergies or dietary considerations in your registration.
ALL-INCLUSIVE STRESS-FREE EXPERIENCE
All the details are taken care of from the moment you arrive at our beautiful off-grid retreat centre, including delicious meals prepared by our local chefs, morning classes, afternoon activities and evening events.
As our miminum capacity is six and our maximum capacity is twelve participants a $500 CDN non-refundable deposit is required. These deposits are transferable to another program within the same calendar year if cancelled one month prior to retreat start date.
The balance is due two weeks before the retreat start date. Last minute bookings are possible if there is room.
